Hello, my name is Daniel Pedroza, and I’m a husband, father, son, brother, mentor, CEO and Team Leader of Pedroza Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty. I moved to San Antonio in 2009 from Austin, Texas. I purchased my home in Northwest San Antonio, leaving behind a successful 17-year career in the corporate world of management and finance to be closer to my family. I started my real estate career in February 2010. I joined the most powerful and highly ranked real estate brokerage firm in the nation, Keller Williams Realty. My first year in Real Estate, I focused on the education from Keller Williams Realty’s , and high-level training from Real Estate Brokers who were top ranking producers in the city, state, and nation.
Here to Serve. In 2009 the “Great Recession” caused many agents to leave real estate and explore new careers. I noticed agents focused more on commissions than putting their clients’ interest first. I joined real estate to make a difference in the lives of people by serving the community, one person at a time. This was my opportunity to raise the bar and change the way real estate home buyers and sellers were treated. I saw a chance to change the world of real estate and lead by example. I fought through the Great Recession working hard and taking care of each client as if they were family. I believe in standing firm in integrity by working hard. I also believe every home buyer and seller deserves a professional Real Estate Broker that will put the interest of their clients above all. This is my approach to real estate.
Honesty and fairness for everyone is woven through every real estate transaction I do. More than 80% of my business comes from referrals. This approach has made me the preferred Move-Up Program and Down-Size Program and Real Estate Broker for new home builders in San Antonio, Helotes, Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Schertz, Cibolo, Live Oak, Garden Ridge, Converse, and surrounding areas.
In 2012, less than two years as an agent, I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license, the PhD of Residential Real Estate, by taking core courses and networking to learn and better prepare to take advantage of future opportunities for our clients and built my own personal client data base of over 25, 000 residential buyers and sellers around the United States. Less than 10% of real estate agents in San Antonio achieve the level of becoming a Real Estate Broker. The qualifications of becoming a Real Estate Broker are bachelor’s degree or higher, at least four years active experience, 270 classroom hours, additional 630 classroom hours in related courses and 3600 qualifying transactions points helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
In 2014, I was listed as one of the San Antonio’s Top 10 Latino Real Estate Associate Brokers, Best Realtor and Top Real Estate Company in San Antonio by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, beating over 10,000 plus real estate agents and brokers in San Antonio and surrounding areas. I continue to receive awards like Platinum Top 50 Realtor, Keller Williams Top 20 Broker Associate, Texas Monthly Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent, and many others local, state, and national awards.
Life Changing. I met my wife Dennise on Match.com on August 12, 2011. We dated for 3 years. During this time, I learned what it was like to be a father to my wife’s 13-year-old daughter, Alyssa. On September 28th 2014, we found out we were pregnant and expecting a new addition to our family. On Friday, October 31st, we drove down to the valley to surprise my family with news of the new addition to our family. On Thanksgiving Day we surprised our families again by sharing the announcement that we would be having a little princess, and her name would be Jordyn Grace Pedroza.
God’s Blessing. A month before my 40th birthday, on May 26, 2015 at 7:09 am, our daughter Jordyn Grace Pedroza was born. She weighed 7.5 lbs., 19.5 inches long. Holding her for the first time, shifted my world; God first, family, and then business. Little did I know that God had bigger plans for me. I slowed down and took time to listen to God and I realized I already had everything I wanted.
The Journey. On my 40th birthday, June 26, 2015, I proposed to my future wife in front of our families, and she said YES! On March 12, 2016 we said our “I do’s” at Marquardt Ranch in Boerne, Texas in front of our close friends and family.
My next thirty years would be the best years of my life, raise a little family and hang out with my wife, spend precious moments with the ones that I hold dear, make up for lost time here, in my next thirty years – Tim McGraw My Next 30 Years
Thy Will Be Done. On October 31st, 2015, I received the call that would change my life forever. A year after surprising my parents of the great news of Jordyn Grace, my father passed away performing a routine 18 wheeler tire service call. The community celebrated how he had touched many people’s lives with his heart. I honestly believe in Keller Williams motto God, Family, and then Business.
Soul On Fire. On April 3, 2016 at CityChurch Bandera Road (BRCC) in front of our church family, natural family, and dear friends, the Pedroza Family were baptized. Baptism is a personal choice to show an outward expression of an inward desire to live for Jesus Christ. I’ve never been more proud of my family.
In less than five years from starting my real estate career in 2010, I received local, state, and national awards. With more than 16,000 plus real estate agents, brokers and teams of two or more in San Antonio and surrounding areas, I was awarded the 2016 San Antonio’s #1 Latino Real Estate Associate Broker, Best Realtor and Top Real Estate Company. We saved our Home Buyers and Sellers over $1 Million combined, Sold Over 118 Homes and Over $31.7 Million in Sales as an individual real estate broker competing against other individual real estate agents, brokers and teams of two or more and setting the record for most families helped in a single year by a single real estate broker in San Antonio. With more than approximately 2.5 million real estate agents, brokers and teams of two or more in the U.S., I was awarded the Number 19 in the Nation as an Individual Real Estate Associate Broker, Number 50 in the Nation among Teams of two or more by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Nominated as one of “10 Best” Real Estate Agents for Texas, asked to be keynote speaker and be recognized as One of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Texas for 2016 and 2017 on March 20, 2017 at the Houston Real Estate Mastermind by Real Estate Executive Magazine.
